Strongly recommend for a weekend pause

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, we appreciated the advice on local restaurants and the complimentary wi-fi that made our stay much easier.

One thing to note is that the hotel was older and may not appeal to everyone.

Improve the bathroom's water pressure.

We had a fantastic time exploring the Port of Brookings Harbor, which was just a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our family, and my aunt really enjoyed the proximity to everything.

In my kids' opinion, it would be great to have a pool for some extra fun during our stay.

staying at americoast inn was a great experience! the bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. loved having a cold refrigerator and a microwave, too. the coffee maker for morning coffee was a nice bonus! the location is quiet yet conveniently close to the beach, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a picnic in the park.

Brookings is a culinary playground, and the local eats, like the fantastic hand-cut steaks at O'Holleran's and the sweet pastries at Bakery By The Sea, made my taste buds dance. The staff at Americoast Inn was super friendly and truly accommodating, making my stay extra cozy.

The toilet was a real letdown, feeling like a game trying to flush it. Plus, the overall cleanliness was a bit suspect, with hair in the sink and some questionable stains. Wish they’d fix these small issues for a better experience.

It was just an excellent fit for a flying visit in Brookings with all in all brilliant value for money. I was treated very well and even got a clean room at a good price after a rough stay elsewhere. Be sure to check the coffee pot before using it.

I loved my stay in the Queen Room! The ocean view from my window was such a good surprise, and I enjoyed my morning coffee while soaking up the sights. Plus, the staff was friendly. ❤️

However, the hotel is quite dated, with limited upscale amenities, and some areas showed signs of wear and tear. Good value for a brief getaway, especially with its convenient beach access nearby.

The front desk staff were very helpful upon arrival. My room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. There was plenty of parking available, well-lit at night. I enjoyed the nice ocean view from my window. A pleasant stay. 👍

Family getaway needs some work

Room was adequate and location was good. The lady that checked us in was super friendly, really set a good tone for our stay.

It wasn’t budget-friendly overall but still acceptable for the night.

I enjoyed the cozy Queen Room with four comfy pillows, and the clean facilities were just what I needed for my quick getaway. There were great spots to relax, like the nearby beach for sunbathing and a nice area for quiet reading. The only downside was the strong smell of cleaning products when I first walked in, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 🌊
